Shepherd’s Conference 2010

I absolutely love my church. The Lord is so good to work through His people in His church! One really cool thing that goes on every spring at my church is Shepherd’s Conference. It’s a time where pastors from all over the world gather for messages, encouragement, and fellowship. I got the following descriptive sentence from the Shepherd’s Conference website:

“The Shepherds’ Fellowship is an association of churches rallying around the authority and sufficiency of Scripture, the importance of expository preaching, and the centrality of a biblical philosophy of ministry. The fellowship serves as both a resource and an encouragement for pastors and Christian leaders around the globe.”

And of course the pastors come all the way to Southern California  for our amazing Shepherd’s Conference lattes.  Just kidding ; ) But I did get to spend all day yesterday making mocha, vanilla and caramel lattes for the pastors, which was so much fun! And I’m about to run out the door for another latte-making day. But with my hands full of lattes I didn’t get to take any photos, so please enjoy some of Lukas’ pics from the day!

Please be praying for the Shepherd’s Conference, that the Lord would be encouraging pastors, putting a passion on other men’s hearts to become pastors, and that the Holy Spirit would be working through our speakers to communicate truth from His word.
